You can change the theme for both the results pages and the details pages according to what your template provides.

You can customize the header text on the Result Listing pages. Simply put the custom text you wish to use in this field using %title% as the replacement for the Area name such as:

Real estate in the %title%

If you would like to add your target Result Listing pages to your Sitemaps, you can install the Google XML Sitemaps plugin (found here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/). Once installed you will be given an interface that allows you to add your target Areas to your XML Sitemap.

You can give Google, Bing, and the other search engines a hint on how often you want your additions the the Sitemap spidered. We suggest “Hourly”, but you can choose “Daily” as well if you wish.
